Whom do you invite specifically, and how do appointments come about?
Invitations, appointments and messages that work before Lillestrøm.
The German Pavilion gives you the roof: a shared presence, Made in Germany as the sender. Now it is about bringing the right visitors to your stand. The programme enables you to do exactly that, with tools you apply directly: Playbook, Prompts and three group sessions in February and March. By mid-April, in time for the print deadline, your presence is ready.
Your stand participation is organised. The strategic preparation lies with each exhibitor: What should Nor-Shipping achieve for your company? Whom do you want to meet at the stand, and with what argument? Which exhibits prove it?
Exhibitor Success means you answer these questions yourself and put the answers into practice. The programme gives you the method, the tools and the guidance to get there. With the MesseCode Playbook and Prompts you develop your own positioning and exhibition strategy, and in the group sessions we review the results together. Many exhibitors already ask AI today. The MesseCode Prompts make sure the AI asks you the right questions. That makes your presence relevant to the visitors you want to reach. The schedule follows the German Pavilion: clarity in February and March, finished foundations for the print deadline in mid-April. From there you can move ahead, with stand graphics, invitations and conversation planning cut from one cloth.
Taking part is voluntary and separate from your stand participation. AHK Norway remains your point of contact for the participation itself. fairconcept provides the strategic and content support.
Exhibitor Success means exhibitors put their strategy into practice themselves. We make sure they can. The result: more relevance for visitors, better conversations, more exhibition success.
Find out in five minutes. The Strategy Test shows, across the seven levels, how clearly your exhibition strategy is defined today. That applies to your first participation just as much as to your twentieth.
After the information event in mid-January, three group sessions follow in February and March. You learn to work with the MesseCode Playbook and Prompts, find out where you stand with the Strategy Test, and finally review your results and your visitor journey. Between sessions you work on your own answers with the Playbook and Prompts.
We announce the exact dates of the group sessions at the information event. Registered participants receive them directly from us.
Five right conversations are worth more than fifty business cards. That is why you plan your visitors' entire path, from the first invitation to the next step after the show.
Whom do you invite specifically, and how do appointments come about?
Invitations, appointments and messages that work before Lillestrøm.
How do you recognise in conversation who is relevant, and what do you record?
Stand graphics, exhibits and conversations follow one line. Contacts are captured so that follow-up can build on them.
How do you follow up so that people are waiting for your call?
A reason to follow up that is created at the stand, and follow-up that turns contacts into projects.
The standard programme is open to every exhibitor in the German Pavilion, with no participation fee. If you want more support, work with us as a group or 1:1.
For all exhibitors, no participation fee
