This statement describes the state of accessibility of the fairconcept website pursuant to the German Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) and Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

This statement applies to the website https://fairconcept.de.
§2Compliance status
This website is largely compatible with the requirements of BITV 2.0 (the German Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance) and WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some content is not yet fully accessible, for the reasons given under §3.
§3Non-accessible content
The following content is not, or only partially, accessible:
- The fine divider lines between content cards (CSS variable --neutral-line) do not reach the 3:1 contrast ratio required by WCAG 1.4.11. These divider lines are purely decorative; the content itself is clearly delineated.
§4Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 22 May 2026. The review was carried out by self-assessment against the WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria and with automated tests (Lighthouse, axe DevTools).
