fairconcept · For associations & chambers

Substantial value for your members.

A keynote that truly moves exhibitors forward. A method the industry cites. And a clear, stated process for what happens next.

Associations, chambers and cluster initiatives look for programme content for their members that is more than sponsor talks. Substance, not selling. Method, not marketing. We deliver that — as a keynote, as a talk, as a webinar.

The central format is called "Are exhibitions (still) worth it?" — a methodical examination of the question the industry debates endlessly. Not as an answer, but as a methodical turn: the question is put wrongly. It isn't a question about the channel, but about method. And that's exactly what exhibitors want to hear — because it shows them a way forward, instead of passing a verdict.

What we make of it with your association: a programme item that delivers substantial value to your members. What happens afterwards, we set out openly.

We don't sell anything to your members. We make them better.

The method MesseCode
The format

Three formats. One methodical core.

Depending on where your members are, when they listen and how they learn — we adapt the format. The content stays the same. The method stays the same. The substance stays the same.

We don't turn up with off-the-shelf slide decks. Every format is agreed with your association — length, focus, industry relevance, member profile. What stays: the methodical substance of "Are exhibitions (still) worth it?" and the Strategy Test, with which members can place their own situation live.

Format 01

Keynote or talk

The way into the topic.

Thirty to ninety minutes, depending on the occasion. Industry conference, members' meeting, regional event, convention. In front of 50 or 1,000 attendees. Stage, a clear position, the methodical turn — by the end the audience knows why the question is put wrongly.

Format 02

Strategy Test webinar

The application. Interactive.

Ninety minutes, online. The question "Are exhibitions (still) worth it?" becomes the personal question "Where do you stand?" Members take the Strategy Test live, get their own score and see where their methodical gap lies. Already delivered in this form as the "Messe-Check" format.

Format 03

Workshop

Going deeper.

Half a day or a full day. The talk becomes methodical work — members work through their own seven levels, with us alongside. Substantially different from a talk, because here the work actually gets done.

The content carries — whatever the format. You choose what fits your association and your members.

The follow-on logic

What happens afterwards. Transparent.

Associations that book a format with us rightly ask: what does fairconcept do with our members afterwards? Here's the answer. In full.

We don't sell anything to your members during the talk. No sponsor pitch, no disguised sales, no "exclusive today" offers. The talk is the talk — substance, method, position. Anyone who wants to work with us afterwards finds the way themselves.

Three possible follow-ons — all out in the open, all documented:

Weg 01

A member requests the Playbook.

Anyone who thinks during the talk "I want to understand this more deeply" can request the MesseCode Playbook. Around 50 pages, by email, within 24 hours. The method fully out in the open — apply it yourself if you want to, or work through it with us.

Weg 02

A member books a strategy call.

Anyone who thinks during the talk "this fits us specifically" can request a 30-to-45-minute call with Lars Lockemann. Directly, without the association as intermediary. It might become a collaboration, or a recommendation in the other direction. We say honestly what fits.

Weg 03

The association asks for a group programme.

If several members are interested after the talk, the association can ask for a group programme for its members. That's then a different conversation — directly between the association and us, no longer via the individual members.

You see in advance exactly what happens. You control what you communicate. And you know: every follow-on path is open, none is hidden.

What happens next

Let's talk.

You have a slot in your programme, a conference, a members' event? Tell us about it. We'll tell you what fits.

We welcome every enquiry. Associations, chambers, cluster initiatives — whoever brings together members who are exhibitors, or want to become them, is in the right place. Together we work out which format fits your occasion. Lars listens, suggests, makes concrete proposals.

Substance, not sponsorship.

Associations that work with us give their members something real to take home — a method, a position, a view of the industry that is more than the next marketing line.

We speak because we have something to say. You invite because your members deserve more than what event programmes often fill today. The two together are the association partnership we're looking for — and the one you deserve.

Substantial value for your members.
